This Hawke Sport Optics scope features an etched glass Mil Dot reticle. Etched glass is superior to a wire reticle because it's much more precise and offers easier target acquisition. The Mil Dot incorporates multiple aim points for both hold-over and hold-under, and the reticle offers 5 brightness levels of illumination in your choice of red or green. For a solid black reticle, simply turn off the illumination.
