Plunge the stake into the ground, mount the backer board, put on a target and you’re ready to start shooting. Want to move the target? It’s easy to pull it out of the ground. The stake is for penetrating non-rocky ground. Although the target stand is made from a pretty tough synthetic, do not shoot it.
